You are going to love my Tri-Fold Gift Card Holder. It's so easy to make and will leave the recipient saying, "You shouldn't have, but I'm glad you did". In my FB Live video replay below, I've used the Country Club Designer Series Paper and Clubhouse Bundle in demonstrating how to make my Tri-fold Gift Card Holder. And what perfect time for making and giving these. Dads, grads, and teachers will love them. Or use them for birthdays and congratulations or just because you want to surprise someone with something fun.
The color combination on this Tri-fold gift card holder with the argyle DSP showcased is a take on black, white, and a splash of color.
Card base is 5 1/2" x 12", score at 4" from both ends, z-fold card base.
Card stock layers (3) are 5 1/4" x 3 3/4".
DSP for front is 5" x 3 1/2".
Gift card pocket is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
Make the focal image on front whatever size is necessary for your stamped image, etc.
The Country Club Suite isn't just for the male golfers in your life. I love the Blushing Bride card stock with the gray argyle pattern of this DSP.
This card has gone "preppy" with the argyle pattern and pink and green combo! Were you a high schooler during the preppy phase?
Please note that all products in the Country Club Suite are retiring. They are only available through June 2nd while supplies last.

The Folding Box Card is a fun fold card layout I've seen many times over recent years, but never tried until now. I love how it turned out. In my video replay of my April 16th Facebook Live on my Stampin' Peace VIP Group, you'll find a video tutorial and two versions of my Folding Box Card with both featuring the new Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper with its floral images in fresh summery colors.
The Daisy Punch compliments the Ornate Garden DSP nicely.
This is what the card looks like from the back.
I made a belly band to seal my 2nd Folding Box Card.
The photos below are diagrams I made for step-by-step directions as presented in my video demonstration.

With a few changes in stamp sets and sentiments these favors can be adapted for any occasion - birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduations, picnics and family reunions. While we may not be able to gather in our current days of social distancing, we can certainly send out these goodies as happy mail or drop off to those in need of some cheer or to show our appreciation. The time will come when we can once again gather in groups to celebrate special occasions such as showers, weddings, birthdays, retirements, and all other occasions, as well as the every day moments. Why not get a jump start by making some favors for these occasions while we are spending extra time at home.
Still have some leftover Halloween Designer Series Paper? What about all that pretty Autumn paper and other themed papers? Don't let them sit on a shelf just because the holiday or occasion had past. Take another look at them and see if there are sides that could be used for other occasions or other times of year. In this video, I'll give you a way to do just that. I know you're going to want to use up some of that old paper making some pretty tri-fold cards as I have in this Fun-Fold Card Demonstration of mine. Watch the video for cutting and scoring directions and assembly directions.
A different version of my Tri-Fold Card...
The DSP at the bottom of this card is a decorative pocket for adding a gift card.

Remember that sample gift card holder I made with incorrect sizing? I said I'd find something to do with it, and I did. I used it as a cash holder and sent it to my University of Cincinnati graduate student daughter, Emily. And this is what I saw on her Instagram story. I love that Emily gave my business a shout out with her thank you message. It made my day!
If you haven't watched my FB Live demonstration on making a cute and easy gift card holder perfect for so many occasions and using the bright and cheery See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper, you can see it here now.
Handmade gift card holders put a personal touch on giving gift cards. In the following video, I demonstrate an easy layout for a gift card holder for any occasion. AND, with this layout, you can make 3 gift card holders from 1 sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" card stock. With the holiday season quickly approaching, it is an ideal time for you to learn to make gift card holders. Learn now, then make them forever to put your own personal touch on giving gift cards.
Stampin' Up! makes holiday paper crafting fun, easy, and exciting. Our 2019 Holiday Catalog has something for everyone from traditional holiday themes and colors to some more "out of the box" ideas and colors schemes and everything in between. Holiday Catalogs have been sent, and from what I'm hearing many people received theirs last week. If you did not receive one from me or if you do not currently shop with another Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I am happy to send you one. (Email me your catalog request with full name and mailing address.) The Holiday catalog goes live on September 4th! I have loads of cards and projects in the works to share with you here on my blog and on my other social media sites, in-person classes & events, Classes to Go, weekly Facebook Lives, and Stampin' Peace Newsletter.
Toile Christmas Designer Series Paper was designed with traditional scenes and prints to celebrate the holiday season. It's color scheme is simple and traditional as well, Real Red, Garden Green, and Very Vanilla.
Enjoy a free project sheet I've written for this card. It's easy to duplicate or change it up a bit and make it your own! Either way, your hand stamped Christmas cards are sure to make your family and friends' days merry & bright. For hand stamped cards are a gift from the heart.
This Follow Your Art card I received in a demonstrator card swap was created Stampin' Up! demonstrator Lynn Feldkamp. It's filled with fun elements including many things I use in my Stampin' Up! business regularly...ribbons, baker's twine, buttons, and of course, stamps, ink, and paper. The colors are bright and cheery. Want to make this card too? Great because I've made it easy for you to do so with my free PDF Project Sheet.
I made these Mini Memory Boxes featuring Mini Pizza Boxes and the Come Sail Away Suite from Stampin' Up! available to order June 4, 2019.
